She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Collins and Marion Booth Collins; her husband Donald Edward Bouldin, Sr.; her grandson Joshua Bouldin; and her siblings, Bettye Mendenhall and Don Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn B. Clodfelter (Butch) of Kernersville, Rodney Bouldin (Tara) of Archdale and Eddie Bouldin (Kristie) of Trinity; her grandchildren, Cody Clodfelter, Tyler Clodfelter (Kate), Jordan Bouldin and Don Bouldin (Lizabeth); and her sister Peggy Wilson of Trinity.
