He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Henry Patty, Sr. and Helen Emiline McCormick Patty; and his brother Dane Patty. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Kinley Patty; his son Brian Keith Patty (Autumn) of Danville; his stepsons, Johnny Floyd (Michelle) of Denver, NC and Paul Floyd of Indiana; his daughter Angela Balderson (Ryan) of Isle; his stepdaughter Angela Watts of Thomasville; his siblings, David Patty (Kandy) and Robin Jones (James); and his grandchildren, Haven, Porter, Drew, Jacob, Ryan, Jaxon, Brittany and Brooklyn.
