He was predeceased by: his siblings, Macy Stalvey, Jeanette Lewis, A. C. Watts, Junior Watts, Buck Watts and Lacy Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Cagle Watts; his children, Barry Watts of Orlando, FL, Karen Fields (Jeff) of Archdale, Michael "Mike" Watts of Archdale, Sharon Dorsett (Jeff) of Sophia and Joyce Soult (Wayne) of St. Matthews, SC; and his sisters, Grace Ikner (Howard) of Archdale and Annie Pearl Ward of Whiteville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
