It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Joe Brackett of Archdale, North Carolina, born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brackett of Washington and Pauline Gallimore Brackett; and his siblings, Harold Benson Brackett (Virginia) and Betty Brackett James (Kenneth). He is survived by: his pets, Adam and JoJo; his wife Jeanette Patterson Brackett; his children, Ricky Keith Brackett (Jeri Ann Sexton) of Archdale and Robin Brackett Cecil (Kent) of High Point; his grandchildren, Stephen Brackett, Tiffany Brackett, Kevin Brackett (Victoria), Tyler Brackett, Morgan Brackett and Brianna Cecil; and his great grandchildren, Kynden Brackett and Kenzie Brackett.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Hospice of the Piedmont, 1801 Westchester Dr, High Point, NC 27262.
