She was predeceased by: her parents, Orbin Hyde and Rhoda Cable Hyde; her husband Harvey Henderson Cook; her children, Gary Richard Cook, Larry Robert Cook and Glenda Ann Cook; and her siblings, Lorene Hyde Fields, Perline Hyde, Christine Hyde Reese, Viola Hyde, Ina May Hyde Justice, Fay Hyde Voiles and Clifford Hyde.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ray Mark Hyde, Nina May Hyde Friday and Margie Hyde Roberts; her grandchildren, Gary Robert Cook, Natalie Cook and Jack Cook; and her great grandchildren, Jessica Cook, Makala Cook, Lydia Cook and Kendal Cook.
