He was predeceased by: his parent Eavy Westmoreland; and his wife Brenda Loflin Westmoreland. He is survived by: his daughters, Allison Elliott (David) of Thomasville and Lisa Motsinger (Mike) of Wallburg; his grandchildren, Lyndsie Elliott, Haley Motsinger, Lucas Elliott, Logan Elliott and Emily Motsinger; his sister Ramona Michael (Bobby) of Thomasville; his cousins, Nancy Thompson, Barbara Beck and Sandra Yow (Monroe); and his caregivers, Nancy, Angel, Kendra and Twann.
Memorials may be given to the dementia organization of the donor's choice.
