He is survived by: his wife Julia Biggs Cummings; his children, James Aaron Cummings, Ethan Hunter Cummings, Kyle Michael Cummings, Kristen Brooke Cummings (Bradley Owens), Emily Madison Cummings and Alexis Marie Cummings; his grandchildren, Xander Keith Cummings, Brantley Jayce Owens and Jailyn Elizabeth Ann Wright; his siblings, Kerry Cummings (Melinda) and Kelly Cummings; his aunt Elizabeth Bullington Freeman; his nephews, Charlie Cummings and Max Flinchum; and his aunts, Restaurants and Catering.
