He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward E. "Ed" Montgomery and Juanita Hill Montgomery; and his niece Jennifer "Jenny" Nieberle. He is survived by: his wife Rene'B. Montgomery; his children, Nicolette Hampton (Joey) and Kasey Montgomery (Hollie); his siblings, Debby Nieberle, Melvin Montgomery (Tracy) and Bradford Montgomery (Rhona); his niece Sonya Nieberle; his nephew Tyre Montgomery; his sisters-in-law, Tina Poe (Tim) and Angela Prevette; his friend Roy "Butch" Callahan (Cyndy); his caregiver Bailey; and also, Jessica Delp (Bradley), Adrienne Combs (Jarrett), Jayson Murphy (Chelsea), Braylin, Hailey, Laekyn, Nicholas, Braden, Haleigh, Deagun, Hunter, Joshua, Murphy, Dacie-Grace and Marley.
