He was predeceased by: his father Henry Veith; his grandson Chandler Hartwig; and his brother Robert Veith. He is survived by: his wife Gabriele Veith; his mother Garnetta Banks; his children, Andreas, Thomas (Joy), Raquel, Claudia (Chris), Sonja and Cynthia (Tim); his siblings, Edward, Richard (Sharon) and Iris Day (Buck); and his adoptive daughter Shannon Lee. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
