He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Banks and Leona Banks; and his sister Dora Moritz. He is survived by: his wife Mary Banks; his children, Kip Banks, Sherry Wayne (Jamie), Phil Banks (Melissa) and Chad Banks (Asmir Dizdarevic); and his brother Charles Banks (Martha). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
