It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lee Gunter (Apex, North Carolina), who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell M. Gunter and Lillian H. Gunter. He is survived by: his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Mike Roche; his son Steve; his daughter-in-law Sally Gunter of Duarte, CA; his daughter Gayle; his son-in-law Kevin Campbell of Cary, NC; his grandchildren, Wesley, Carey Gunter, Micah, Nathan and Hannah Campbell; and his great grandchildren, Aliyah, Emmett and Boaz.
Memorial gifts to support Habitat for Humanity in the Roanoke Valley, Roanoke, Virginia (http://www.habitat-roanoke.org) where he served for many years on the board of directors, or Apex United Methodist Church are encouraged in lieu of flowers.
