He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Maynard Davis. He is survived by: his father Jimmy Winston Davis; his siblings, Jimmy Davis, Tammy Batchelor, Lisa, Shelia, Chris and Brenda; his nephew Robbie; his great-nieces, Savannah and Hailey; and also, Aubree, Alaiah and Damali. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncle and many cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502).
