He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Gloria. He is survived by: his wife Jill Christensen Sullivan; his daughter Colleen Sullivan Belward (Keith William Belward) of Cary, NC; his grandsons, Maxwell and Miles Belward; and his sister Carol Bringhurst of Houston.
