It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodora Roseanne Demaria of Apex, North Carolina, born in Peekskill, New York, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Hickey Zotto; and her brother John Zotto. She is survived by: her father Theodore Zotto; her husband Frank DeMaria; her daughters, Meghan Margaret DeMaria and Kristen Kateri Zimmer; and her siblings, Rosantonia Driftmyer, Teresina Stasko and Michael Zotto.

Donations may be made to Girl Scouts of the USA or to Duke Cancer Center in Tia's honor.
