He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wesley "Jack" and Vera Marie Vaughan Evans; his brother Victor Wesley Evans; and his nephews, Daniel Ray Parker and Donnie Jay Parker.
He is survived by: his sister Sheila Rouse (Dan) of Apex; his sister-in-law Susan Evans of Benson; his niece Melissa Austin (Shane) of Benson; his nephew Victor Wesley Evans, Jr. (Danny Paul Parker) of Benson; his great-nephew Tucker Austin; and his great-niece Maddy Austin.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rose & Graham Funeral Home (301 W Main St, Benson, NC 27504). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 5665 Fairground Rd, Dunn, NC 28334.
