He was predeceased by: his wife Mildred Cooke; his sister Frances Mills; and his grandson Patrick Cooke. He is survived by: his brother Nolan Cooke (Evelyn); his son Phil Cooke (Angela); his granddaughter Lee Integlia (Tony); his great grandchildren, Ella, Jaxson and Carson; his nephew Lynn Cooke (Linda); his nieces, Faye Moore (Ronnie) and Beth Sears (Bruce); and his daughter-in-law Pat Johnson.
