She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Suluafi'aulama and Wilhelm "Willy" Hans Langkilde; and her siblings, Valdemar Hans and Gary. She is survived by: her husband Norm; her children, Scott (Jennifer) of Waxhaw, NC, Kelsie of Holly Springs, NC and Therese "Tressa" of Holly Springs, NC.; her siblings, Lavender "Vicki" Gentles of Sydney, Australia and Agnes Jane "Tanki" Ili (George) of El Monte, CA; and her grandsons, Jack, Campbell, David and Marcus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and many dear friends.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Andrews Catholic Church (3008 Old Raleigh Rd, Apex, NC 27502). A committal service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wake Memorial Park (7002 Green Hope School Rd, Cary, NC 27519).
