He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Roberts Simmons. He is survived by: his father Robert E. Simmons; his wife Wendy; his children, Gage and Piper; his sisters, Jacquelyn Simmons and Karyn Knight (David); his sister-in-law Tracey Atkinson-Notzold (Paul); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor Knight, Reiley Stanley, Beatrix and Smith Notzold.
