He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Howard Ross and Jeanette Ross (Rice); and his daughter Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Jane Ross; his children, Sean Ross, Andrew Ross and Lisa Rhineheart Ross; and his siblings, Patrick (Susan) and Janet. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Due to safety concerns for family and friends, and Covid-19 restrictions, a memorial service will take place at a later date.
