Robert Lawrence Bailey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Lawrence Bailey of Apex, North Carolina, born in Fort Scott, Kansas, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Cody Bailey; his brother Joseph Richard Bailey; and his son-in-law Kevin Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Berniece Stutes Bailey; his children, Janet Sue Baas (Jay) of Chapel Hill, NC, Nancy Ellen Baker of Louisville, KY and James Robert Bailey (Haley) of Fort Mill, SC; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sabow (Jason) of Cary, NC, Justin Baas (Mary Hannah) of Raleigh, NC, Megan Starr of Columbus, OH, Zachary Baker (Christina) of Louisville, KY, Cody Bailey of Fort Mill, SC and Carson Bailey of Fort Mill, SC; and his great grandchildren, Grace Madison Sabow, Luke Jason Sabow, Judah Robert Baas, David Nash Baas, Emery Elizabeth Baas and Theodore Kevin Baker. He is also survived by his children, their spouses, his grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
