He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Heikes and Eula Goldsby Heikes. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Greg Heikes, Valerie Heikes of Apex, David Heikes and Gwenn Heikes of White Hall; his daughter Kristi Lynn of Asheville; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Heikes, Elaina Heikes, Aaron Heikes and Daniel Heikes; his brother Raymond Heikes of Lenora; his sister-in-law Rhonda Heikes of Lenora; and his child Judy Kelly of Hot Springs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
