It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Randolph Bray Phelps (Apex, North Carolina), born in Roper, North Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Phelps and Helen Phelps; and his son Randy Jr.. He is survived by: his pet Buddy; his wife Beth Pierce Phelps; his children, Elizabeth (Curtis), Jonathan, David (Donna), Philip (Kim) and Melody (Joe); his daughter-in-law Lisa; and his grandchildren, Jon Curtis, Rachel, Hannah, Ansley, Kole, Cambry, Lyndsey, Haley, Tyler, Maggie, Kristie, Brittany and Melissa. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and other family and friends.
