She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Westmoreland and Sue Westmoreland; and her siblings, James McClammy, Ralph Billings and Diane Westmoreland.
She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne Thomas; her son-in-law Andrew Thomas; her brother Tim Westmoreland; her grandsons, Dustin Clark (Jennifer Clark) and Brennan Clark (Madeline Preiss); and her stepgrandchildren, Evan Thomas and Abigail Thomas. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the ASPCA or another animal rescue organization in her honor—one of the many causes dear to her heart.
