She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Phillips (Jay) and Renee Boyette (Mark); her grandchildren, Jason Phillips (Sabrina), Brittany and Brooke Boyette; her great grandchildren, Jake and Samantha Phillips; and her siblings, James Smith (Hilda), Hiram Smith, Jr. (Wanda), Johnny Smith (Donna), Stacy Smith (Sylvia) and Sherry Johnson (H. M.). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
