Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael Joseph Flatley (Apex, North Carolina), born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 81, on April 8, 2021. He was predeceased by: his brother William "Bill" Flatley; his parents-in-law, Agnes and Raymond Sauer; his sister-in-law Charlotte Brunner; his nephew Robert Dennis Brunner; and his niece Mary Konarski.

He is survived by: his children, Clayton and Mary Flatley; his significant other Annette Sauer; his stepson Douglas Ahrens (Tracy); his granddaughters, Lily and Sydney; his siblings, Mary Erkins, Patrick Flatley, Thomas Flatley (Paula) and James Flatley; and his siblings-in-law, Luci Wallander (Ed), Janet Szalewski (Dick), Andrew Sauer (Linda) and Robert George Brunner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be donated to the Lung Association for Pulmonary Fibrosis, the Howard County. Special Olympics or a charity of your choice.
