With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mavis Walker (Apex, North Carolina), born in Monticello, Arkansas, who passed away on May 25, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Ella Elizabeth McGhee Carter; and her siblings, Fred, Ray, Brown, Ben, Lester Carter, Alice Tucker and Evelyn Carter. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 25 great grand nieces and nephews, 51 great great grand nieces and nephews, and 12 great great great grand nieces and nephews.
