He is survived by: his parents, Margaret Prusik and Anthony Prusik Sr.; his siblings, Adrienne, Lauren, Jillian, Anthony Jr., Christopher, Andrew and Justin; and his pets, Bear and Bowser. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, eleven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions may be donated to the Duke Children's Hospital in memory of him.
