She is survived by: her uncle Elario; her sister Pilar Garcia Martinez; her son Gabriel; her daughter-in-law Kathy Montero of Apex; her grandchildren, Hannah Ilgen (Zachary) of Raleigh, NC, Logan Cheek of Holly Springs, NC and Arianna Montero of Apex; her sister-in-law Anamari Zozaya; her niece Berta Otamendi Zozaya; and her nephew Fermin Otamendi Zozaya.
