He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Scott Qualls and Ruth Wilkinson Qualls. He is survived by: his wife Linda Castleberry Qualls; his stepson Kenneth B. Price (Jenny) of San Francisco, California; his sisters, Janice Ray (Emmett) of Nashville and Evelyn Dale (Richard) of Tifton, Georgia; his mother-in-law Evelyn (B. King); and his siblings-in-law, Janet C. Clarke of Raleigh, Susan C. Rowe of Sanford and Robert F. Castleberry (Sarah) of Troy. He is also survived by three nieces, one nephew.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Miller-Boles Funeral Home Chapel (1150 Fire Tower Rd, Sanford, NC 27330). A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at the Lee Memory Gardens (2600 Hawkins Ave, Sanford, NC 27330).
