He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Caltrider and Doris Roth Caltrider; his son Jason Caltrider; and his grandchildren, Anna Belle Horton and Oliver Horton.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ketcham; his sons, Evan Caltrider (Ashley Reich), Bryan Horton (Lindsay Ungewitter) and Malcolm Eric Horton (Mojan Horton); his siblings, John Caltrider (Gina), Linda Lauderman and Melanie Drecksel (Ken); and his grandchildren, Kamyar Horton, Neysan Horton, Edward Horton, Devon Horton and Charlie Caltrider.
