He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Moore Bishop Sr. and Eugenia Harte Bishop; and his siblings, Barbara "Bobbie" Caruana and Charles "Chuck" Joseph Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Coreno Bishop; his daughters, Amy Bishop of Alexandria, VA and Katy Breitenbach (Tom Breitenbach); and his grandson Owen Breitenbach of Holly Springs, NC. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
