He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry L Woodall, Jr. and Marie H Woodall; and his sister Kathy Beck. He is survived by: his wife Faye Woodall; his daughters, Dawn Mercer (Derek) and Angie Ramsdell (Ed); his grandsons, Randy Woodall, Dylan Whitaker, Evan and Zachary Mercer; his sister Donna Woodall Jones; and his brother-in-law Charles Beck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
