He is survived by: his parents, Russell "Jake" Jacobs Jr. and Melinda Jacobs Shook; his son Cameron James Jacobs; his stepfather James Burney Shook; his siblings, Jasmine Christina Jacobs McAndrew (Daniel), Joelle Elise, Jennah Marie, Jordyn Timothy, Jeremy Kane and Josiah Thomas; his former wife Jenny Kathryn Axline; his grandfather Russell Jacobs Sr.; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Anthony Cahill Jr., Wyatt Jake McAndrew, Avery Dawn McAndrew, Savannah Jo McAndrew and Isla Mae McAndrew. He is also survived by loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
