He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron West Boley and Nina Lyons Boley; his wife Betty Louise Ray; and his sisters, Frances Boley, Ruth Shands and Mildred Snively.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennifer Talbert (Justin), Meredith Fisher (Preston), Stephanie Williams, Christian Phillips (Haley) and Grace Hamilton (John); his great grandchildren, Lauren, Ella Talbert, Theodore, Eloise, Charles Fisher and Ayla Phillips; and his sister Mary Camp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
