We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2019, at the age of 75, Johnny E. Deal Sr. (Apex, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandson Travis Deal; his wife Sydney K. Deal; his children, Amie Thomas (Brian) of Holly Springs, Johnny Deal, Jr. (Karen) of Benson and Nikki Thigpen (Ryan) of Cary; and his sisters, Betty Wimberly of Raleigh and Barbara (Tommy) of Lillington. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Transitions Lifecare, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.
