He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Patricia Bomba and John Mikulsky of Pittsford; his wife Elena Mikulsky (Tigaran); his sister Dr. Stephanie Huston (Jeffrey); his niece Madison; his nephew Henry; his aunts and uncles, Marianne McCabe (Larry Wilde), Ron, Florence Weiss, Connie Cooper, Sophie Osborne (Richard), Terri and Frank Taptich; his cousins, Mike McCabe and Chris Taptich; and his friend Christian Tomas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions in John's memory can be made to support research under the direction of Dr. Nancy Lee.
