He was predeceased by: his father John Ray Budwine. He is survived by: his mother Nell L. Budwine of Covington, LA; his brothers, Fred Budwine of Covington, LA, Terry Budwine of Jamestown, NC and Highway Patrol Lieutenant Commander of California; his wife Nancy M. Budwine; his stepdaughters, Melissa Waller and Susan MacCarger; and his grandchildren, Harper, Harley, Asher Budwine, Cameron, Payton, Christian, Grayson, Kate Waller and Jack MacCarger.
A Celebration of John's Life will be announced as soon as people can gather safely due to the pandemic.
To continue the research and battle against brain cancer; donations in John's honor are welcomed by the Duke Hospital Brain Center.
