He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Hunter Bryson and Kathleen Yates Bryson; his wife Carol Bryson; his son John H. Bryson III (Sally); his grandchildren, Madeline Bryson and John Bryson of Richmond, VA; and his sisters, Hattie Jo Sears (Gene) of Apex and Melba Bryson of Hattiesburg, MS..
