She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clyde and Vera Ruth Brantley; her husband William Ronald "Ronnie" Hartsfield Sr.; and her daughter Ronda Suzanne Hartsfield. She is survived by: her son William Ronald Hartsfield Jr. (Janet Faircloth Hartsfield) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Amanda Stewart (Donnie) of Raleigh, Sarah Parrish of Raleigh, Cody Parrish of Raleigh, Brandon Ennis of Raleigh and William Ronald Hartsfield III of Raleigh; her great grandchildren, Angel Shelton, Skyler Shelton, Christopher Shelton and Shane Shelton; and her sisters, Mary Smith of Raleigh and Peggy Carwell of Rocky Mount.
