She is survived by: her sons, Matthew (Wendy), Tim (Eileen), Doug (Molly) and Scott (LeNelle); her grandchildren, Reilly, Conor, Kelly, Christine, Daniel, Will, Griffin and Reid; and her significant other Don Patrick.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
