He is survived by: his daughter Kelley Johansson; his son-in-law AJ Johansson; his grandchildren, Anders Johansson and Annika Johansson; his son Kevin Weaver; his daughter-in-law Raquel Weaver; his siblings, Johnny Weaver and Frances Wortham; his brother-in-law Bobby Wortham; and his sister Violet Jenkins.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Center Ridge Presbyterian Church (2712 Glendale Rd, Kenly, NC 27542).
