He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry L Jacuzio and Lucy Prestipino Jacuzio. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Duffy of Cary, NC; and his brother William Jacuzio of Murrell's Inlet. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Many of the hats were donated to the Duke Cancer Center boutique.
