She is survived by: her parents, Jack Ostmark and Carol Ostmark of New Paltz, NY; her husband Dave; her children, Sarah Chamblin (Josh) of Tallahassee, FL, Shannon Horton and Tyler Horton of Raleigh, NC; her sister Nancy Nelson; her nieces, Katie Bastien and Kristen Nelson; and her grandson Decker James.
