He was predeceased by: his parents, W. C. Mills and Daisy Wagoner Mills; his wife Bonnie Lou Holland Mills; and his son Steven Talmadge Mills. He is survived by: his children, Gina Mills Farringer (Jeffrey), Amy Mills Brenner (Jerry) and Vincent James Mills (Tonya); his grandchildren, Talmadge Jeffrey Farringer (Christina), Garret Jackson Farringer (Sarah), Callen Yvonne Farringer, Christianna Faith Mills, Gabreille Hope Mills and Isabella Patricia Mills; and his pet Zippy.
