He was predeceased by: his parents, Titus Brown and Blanche Brown; his son Ronald Joseph Brown; and his sister Hilda Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Katie Marie Smith Brown; his children, Ralph Brown (Candy) and Brenda Thompson; and his brother Leon Brown (Judy). He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
