He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hugh Lawson II and Emma Lee Lawson (Robertson). He is survived by: his father-in-law Andy Jeane; his wife Andrea Lawson (Andy); his children, Kim Goodling, Michelle Bell (Tony), Tim Daspit (Jo), James Lawson IV and Charlie Lawson (Maria); his grandchildren, Zoe Goodling, Taylor, Brody, Harrison Bell, Dani, Jacqui Daspit, Olivia and Madeline Lawson; and his brothers, Dennis (Jean) and Scott Lawson (Denise).

Due to COVID 19, masks are required to be worn at all times and social distancing is kindly requested.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jim's honor to the Wounded Warrior Project.
