He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Goodwin and Nettie Goodwin. He is survived by: his wife Frances Goodwin; his children, Brenda George, Wanda Webster (Marshall) and Michael Goodwin (Casey Hunter); his grandchildren, Tori Smith (Joseph) and Lantz Mitchell (Leah); and his great grandchildren, Jase, Wyatt Smith, Savanna and Joseph Mitchell.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Oxford Orphanage.
