Inez Poe Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 28, 2022, at the age of 90, Inez Poe of Apex, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Leona Patterson Markham and Excell Markham Sr.; her sons, Michael E. and Ricky D. Poe; and her siblings, Excell Markham Jr., Baswell Markham, James Archie Markham (Marie), Dr. Thomas Markham and Carolyn Markham.
She is survived by: her husband Dewey C. Poe; her children, Cynthia Stillman (John), Sandra Poe, Gail McIntosh (Alan) and Jerry Poe (Judy); her daughter-in-law Katie Poe; her siblings, Edith Markham, Zelota McDonald (Ivan) and Dr. R. Wade Markham (Lois); and also, Esther Markham and Hazel Markham. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
