He is survived by: his wife Sandra Allen; his sons, Michael Allen (Kelly) and Chas Minnich (Michelle); his siblings, Richard Allen, Cyndi and Carolyn Carmen; his grandchildren, Morgan, Clayton, Logan, Kailey, Dylan, LeeAnn, Lance, Josh, Mitchell and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Elliott and Wyatt.
