He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Bowling Moore and Vickie Ann Baker Moore; and his sisters, Sharon Renee Moore and Phyllis Ann Marie Barefoot. He is survived by: his sisters, Lee Linville (Wayne), LaVerne Berry and Dee May (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
